Ryan Ruzziconi, J.D., President

Ryan joined Aspiro as its seventh President in 2025. He is a licensed attorney and business owner. He serves on the board of the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation and the Brown County Children with Disabilities Education Board.

Katie Doble, VP of Services

Katie joined Aspiro in 2009 and has risen through the organization to VP of Services. She has a background in recreation therapy and has led the organization through the development of several new programs.

Nicole Hoffmann, VP of Development

Nicole brings over 20 years’ of development experience to Aspiro; which includes previously holding a leadership position at a large youth development organization. She is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Alan Gaffney, VP of Finance

Alan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years' of diverse private and public accounting experience in a wide variety of industries including the nonprofit sector.

Sherri Dessell, VP of Human Resources

Sherri has over 30 years' of experience in Human Resources and Business Management – over 20 of those years are in the nonprofit arena. She holds a MS in Organizational Change and Development. In addition, two credentials in Human Resources, SPHR and SCP.

Bart Staeven, VP of Facilities

Bart is a Master Electrician with over 25 years' of facilities experience.
